*Drawing sponsored by the Glass Ball Committee of the Arts Center Association, Inc. of St. Petersburg, Florida, Inc., a non-profit organization (“Sponsor”). One winner will be awarded a signed Dale Chihuly studio edition of Phoenix Persian Pair donated by the Glass Ball Committee. (“Donor”) valued at $5,500. Drawing will be held November 15, 2008 at approximately 8:30pm at the Sirata Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach, FL. One need not to be present to win. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release the Sponsor and Donor and their respective parent companies, director, partners, officers, board members, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the drawing acceptance of the prize. The chance for the drawing is a non-refundable charitable donation that is not tax deductible.
